FOR ALL YOU TAHINI FANS

Can't get enough of that delicious sesame goodness? This smoothie is for you!!! We love adding tahini to our smoothies any day, and September is the perfect month for blueberries which is such a yummy combo! Blend with our PEACE blend and a few other goodies and you'll be fighting fit this September! 

Ingredients - serves 1 

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk - Plenish or Rude Health
  • 1-2 tablespoons of MACACHA PEACE (BEAUTY or ENERGY)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ½ tbsp hulled tahini
  • 1/4 cup of water (or coconut water)
  • a handful of fresh basil leaves

Method: 

  • Whizz all ingredients in a blender. 
  • Replace berries with frozen berries for a chilled smoothie
