Now that we have introduced you to our new protein shake, MACACHA, you may be wondering the best way to prepare it. Here are a few ideas to get you started.
- Try it just mixed with water (or even better, our favourite is mixed with a NUT MYLK like almond milk – YUM!). It’s best when prepared with a blender!
- We love it as a smoothie! One that we like is a sachet of Macacha PEACE or ENERGY, unsweetened almond mylk, a frozen banana, and a tablespoon of peanut or almond butter. Pop it in the blender and adjust to your taste (a sprinkle of cinnamon also tastes amazing!).
