MACACHA PUMPKIN NUT MILK

This might not be your go to nut milk, but oh my, its good! We add our delicious blends for that added protein boost.

Ingredients: (Makes around 3 cups)
  • 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds (straight from the pumpkin is best), soaked 4-6 hours or overnight
  • 3 cups water
  • 1-2 teaspoonfuls of MACACHA blend (either Energy or Peace)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:

  • After your pumpkin seeds have soaked over night, add to the blender along with your MACACHA blend, Cinnamon and Salt
  • Blend until smooth
  • Strain all contents into a glass container (sometimes this has to be done twice)
  • Enjoy!
