TAHINI, EXPRESSO PROTEIN SMOOTHIE BOWL

We're huge fans of Tahini!!! Its packed full of vitamins and minerals as well as a great source of protein and full of healthy fats. Plus it ads a delicious and creamy texture to any meal and is easy for our bodies to digest. Boosted with an expresso shot and you'll be good to go!

Ingredients - serves 1

  • 1 1\2 frozen banana
  • 2 tbs MACACHA Beauty
  • 2 tbs tahini 
  • 1 tbs honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk - we love Rude Health!
  • Hazelnuts or flaked almonds
  • Berries  - raspberry and blueberries

Method:

    • add the banana, MACACHA, tahini, honey or maple syrup and almond milk to a blender and whizz up until smooth.
    • Sprinkle over the top the nuts and berries.
    • Add to a bowl and enjoy!
