We're huge fans of Tahini!!! Its packed full of vitamins and minerals as well as a great source of protein and full of healthy fats. Plus it ads a delicious and creamy texture to any meal and is easy for our bodies to digest. Boosted with an expresso shot and you'll be good to go!
Ingredients - serves 1
- 1 1\2 frozen banana
- 2 tbs MACACHA Beauty
- 2 tbs tahini
- 1 tbs honey (or maple syrup)
- 1/2 cup of almond milk - we love Rude Health!
- Hazelnuts or flaked almonds
- Berries - raspberry and blueberries
- add the banana, MACACHA, tahini, honey or maple syrup and almond milk to a blender and whizz up until smooth.
- Sprinkle over the top the nuts and berries.
- Add to a bowl and enjoy!
